with our first four successful seasons under our belts, we’re starting to plan for 2025.
PAK's Garage Marketplace is presently accepting applications for vendor spaces. We plan to open the week before Memorial Weekend 2025.
Please fill out the below form. Tell us about yourself, your product, your goals, the size space you will need and why it is a good fit for PAK's Garage Marketplace.
We envision renting space for vendors to sell art, boutique products, specialty retail products and handmade goods. We will not sell antiques or flea market type items.
PAK's Garage Marketplace is a 5000 square foot space in downtown Port Austin for retailers and makers that want to get their products in front of customers.
We will open the Friday before Memorial Day and stay open through Labor Day with regular hours.
We will provide the point of sale system, and our employees will process all sales. At the end of the month the vendor is provided a report of what was sold and is paid, minus fees.
Vendors stock their product, display their product in the space provided, and price and bar code products.
Vendors are welcome and encouraged to come in and interact with customers, give demos, talk about their products, etc.
Vendors will be featured on our website and on our social media accounts.

If you would like to return for 2024, just send us an email and let us know you intend to return and if you want to change the size of your space.
